View Impacts

Designers record the Attributes of each Alternative, compute the Advantages, and Assess the Impact of those Advantages in achieving each Goal.

Under "View Impacts" all team members can explore the net result of the Impact Assessment.

"View Value" computes the total Value for each alternative by multiplying each Stakeholder's Weight for each Goal, the Weight of each Stakeholder, and the average Impact of the Alternative's advantage.

"View Value by Goal" breaks this Value assessment down so users can see the reasons different Alternatives are preferred. Each colored bar represents the amount of Value coming from satisfaction of an individual goal. Clicking on a bar will reveal which stakeholders are benefiting from this Value and how much.
